Lavaca Building Company was formed in 2023 as a result of the collaboration between Doug Warriner, Joe Surita, and Phil Perry. After having worked together building high end residential homes in Austin, they discovered a need for a residential contractor who could take on smaller projects but still deliver a quality product.
